Called Reliant yesterday about the lights no longer working in one of our bathrooms - a problem since everyone is now in the house all the time with the current "shelter in place" rules in effect. An electrician was at our house this morning at 8:00am and had the problem fixed before 9:00am - couldn't be more pleased both with the service delivered by Reliant and with the fact that the bathroom now has functional lighting again. I’ve never received better service from an electrician. Reliant provides a personalized experience that money simply doesn’t get you anymore. They went the extra mile by communicating accurately and coming out the same day I called to fix my electrical wiring. The electrician that came out said they like to come out as soon as possible because some of their customers are in unsafe predicaments regarding the electrical wiring. I’m glad they were able to come out and properly connect the electrical wires to the circuit box in the same day. Major convenience and crisis averted.

Great customer service. I called them out for a last minute request on servicing the electrical in my rental property. I salute my electrician for being 100% honest with me. He quoted me fairly and performed the specified electrical work that we agreed on. It was a little more work than he initially expected, but regardless he honored the quote he gave from the very beginning, which is what any reputable company should do.
